Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor

We hired Gillespie’s Abbey Carpet to remove tile & install new tile in our kitchen. The old tile we were removing was only 1 yr. old that was purchased from another company. The tile was installed by the other company. Unfortunately, they mixed the grout wrong and caused variations in the color of the grout. The floor looked dirty no matter how I scrubbed it. Casey (salesperson) at Gillespie’s was extremely helpful in picking out a new tile. We absolutely love our new tile. We selected a 24x24 inch tile and it made our kitchen look larger. The tile installers, Jeff & Jackson, were terrific. They are extremely knowledgeable in doing their job & the end result is proof of that. They did an amazing job in the layout design of the tile. You would have thought they laid out the tile before putting the tile down but that wasn’t the case. They just took the tile out of the box and installed it. While talking with the installers they said they do the job as if it was being done at their home. So refreshing to hear a worker think like that today! I will be hiring Gillespie’s (Jeff & Jackson) later this year to do more tile work for us. If you are looking to purchase carpet/tile check out Gillespie’s. You’ll be glad you did.

Gillespies Carpet has never disappointed me. I have had several jobs done by them and if there was any concern, they immediately resolved. Gillespie's team is professional from beginning to completion. Their industry knowledge helped us chose the perfect flooring and their installation team replaced the flooring throughout the entire house (3,600 sq ft). They were very clean, polite, worked swiftly and did an amazing job. Needed to replace a few vanities and toilets and they team member for this as well. Love, love, love my experience.
